Usage
Given an article name (param 1), returns the name of the next nomination based on the last known nomination; i.e, returns the first nomination name that does not yet exist.
Example
{{Mathglot/sandbox/Templates/Deletion process cheat sheet/Next Afd name|Jimmy Wales}} = Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jimmy Wales (10th nomination)
Notes
Limited to returning a '(10th nomination)' as the highest leveled name (based on a ceiling of detecting nine previous nominations).
