Hello! I'm mfbis, I'm from the UK and have lived in the West Midlands, North West, and the South East. I'm currently doing a masters degree in modern literature - so as you can guess this is my biggest interest.
More specifically, I'm interested in science fiction, postmodernism, capitalism, marxism and mass media.
Outside of literature, I'm interested in local heritage, education, chess, politics, and music.
I joined Wikipedia because I love it, first of all, and I'm very passionate about the access of information, and I am also dreadfully aware of the importance for verifiable information. Misinformation is everywhere, and it's becoming harder for people to verify their sources, so the access to unbiased, well cited information is dire.
