Early life and education
editMichael J. Ditter was born and raised in Wisconsin, one of three sons in a family with deep regional roots. In May 2021, he founded Azure Bev Co (d.b.a. Partáy), scaling the Partáy Margarita brand to 750+ distribution points and earning coverage in The Beverage Journal[11] and BevNET[12]—before licensing operations in August 2023.
From September 2023 to July 2024, he served as Senior Consultant, Sales and Marketing Strategy at PEBI.AI[13][9].
In August 2024, Ditter returned to Diageo as Director of Artificial Intelligence Strategy and Emerging Technology[9]. In early 2025, he launched The Upload Wars, an AI‑powered narrative platform built on personal Rep•let sites[14].
