Lakes Classic Rock Round
editThe Lakes Classic Rock Round is a challenge of climbing all the Lakeland routes in Ken Wilson's Classic Rock compendium, on foot. The challenge starts from the bottom of the first route and ends at the top of the last and can be climbed in any order. Typically attempts go south-to-north ending with Little Chamonix.
History
editThe first-known people to have completed the round in under 24-hours are Mike Van Gulik, Dave Willis and Tim Gould. However they did make use of an automobile.[1]
The Route
editThe challenge is approximately 65km with 4300m of elevation.
