editBaluni was born on March 18, 1997, in Rishikesh, India. He has completed his schooling from D.A.V. Centenary Public School located in Hardwar and his graduation from HEC PG College, Uttarakhand. Rishabh’s father (Dr. Sohan Lal Baluni) is serving as a principal in government college (SJGSCSMV) based on Sanskrit subject and his mother (Sangita Baluni) as a primary teacher.
