William Keith Naylor (24 November 1874 – 3 August 1942) was a brigadier general in the United States Army, who served as the chief of staff of the 33rd Division and IX Corps during World War I.

Born in Farmington, Illinois, Naylor enlisted for service in the Spanish-American War with the 14th Minnesota Infantry Regiment in May of 1898. Commissioned as a second lieutenant in the regular army, Naylor saw action in Cuba.
