About Me

My name is Holly Rhiannon. I am a Canadian author, publisher, visual artist, and media creator. I was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and studied Fine Arts at the University of Manitoba, later becoming certified in photography. My creative work includes self-publishing a novella and two graphic novels, and founding Drawn and Plastered, an interactive art event combining performance and visual media.

I have worked in alternative modeling for over 15 years and have appeared in independent and cult film productions, including the 2011 feature Father’s Day by Troma Entertainment and Astron-6. In 2015, I relocated to Montreal, Quebec, where my focus shifted toward literature and publishing.

I am the co-founder and CEO of The Stygian Society, a small press. My publications include the novel A Time When Demons (2022), contributions to The Stygian Collection (2023), 13 Haunted Nights (2024), and The Stygian Zine (2024–2025). My forthcoming fantasy novel, Synterra: Awakening, is scheduled for release in summer 2025.

In addition to my publishing work, I co-host The Writing Craft Podcast and run the Haunted Montreal YouTube channel. I previously served for three years as the Municipal Liaison for NaNoWriMo in Montreal and later founded The Order of the Written Word, an organization supporting writers.
