Chanderprabhu Jain (CPJ) College of Higher Studies & School moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Chanderprabhu Jain (CPJ) College of Higher Studies & School, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, and currently has zero. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 14:31, 1 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

  • Despite the above, you have moved the item to mainspace with seemingly no improvements having been made. This is a form of edit-warring and can lead to the loss of editing privileges. The item will be moved to draft again (typically it would be proposed for deletion after such a move) where you should try to improved it. If moved to main again it will very likely be proposed for deletion. Please do not move it to main without submitting for review. Eagleash (talk) 11:39, 3 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
    •   Please stop your disruptive editing; despite the two requests above, it seems you have again created an item in mainspace this time by moving the draft talk page and by what may be a copy & paste of content from the previously moved draft. This may need Admin attention to resolve the various technical issues and your failure to complete the full review procedure, as requested, may mean it will now be proposed for deletion. Hi Eagleash,
I didn't get you what you mean copy and paste the same article. Earlier I have received the notification on adding more trusted resource to the article which mean article will remain the same only I have to cite more citation for the same. It was never said that your content is promotional. If that is the case, definitely I can understand I don't have to copy and paste the same content.
May I know the reason why this is nominated for the deletion. If content is promotional I will delete this myself. My objective is not to put some wrong or promotional content instead my objective is to list the college which will be helpful for the reader. Atulkkumar1990 (talk) 08:54, 9 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
The original page was moved to draftspace by a review participant with a request that it be developed there and submitted for review. However it was moved back to main without obvious improvement. It was then returned to draftspace and again requested that it be developed and submitted for review. However, with this edit the draft talk page was moved to main and then with this one content was added which appears to be copied from the original page. This has created technical and other issues particularly as you have now also submitted the item in draft for review. Wikipedia cannot host two items on the same content or topic and a deletion discussion is thus needed. If you had followed the advice given in the first post on this page (and also later) the situation would be less complicated. I have not seen mention of the content being promotional per se, but would point out that Wikipedia does not exist to 'make readers aware' of a topic but reports on topics which meet the notability guidelines. so what's the solution advised from your side. Atulkkumar1990 (talk) 08:04, 11 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
The AfD will run its course and the closing Admin. will take whatever action they decide is necessary. Eagleash (talk) 08:14, 11 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
