I'm not entirely convinced this is actually a PD photo—it looks like a professionally-staged shot—but even assuming good faith, I can't see any grounds under which either Wikipedia or Commons would have any use for this.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
