I have been involved in history for over thirty years, with a particular focus on local history and transportation. Over the years, I have developed an in-depth expertise in rail and metropolitan transportation, examining how transportation networks and infrastructure have shaped and continue to influence the structure of cities and regions. My study is not limited to technical and engineering aspects, but extends primarily to how mobility has had historical, social and economic repercussions, creating profound changes in our communities over time. In addition, I am heavily involved in the analysis of social and local dynamics, exploring how the traditions and historical events of an area can shape daily life and relationships within a society.
