Q4 is the fourth quarter of a specific year. This could be anytime between the months of October, November and December as these months would constitute as the last quarter of the 12 months if an entire year was split into four segments.

"Year Quarters" are often used to describe the release dates of products such as games, dvds etc. as they give the consumer a time; vague and inaccurate as it it, to anticipate purchase.

Iteratively Re-weighted Least Squares

The method of iteratively re-weighted least squares (IRLS) is a numerical algorithm for minimizing any specified objective function using a standard weighted least squares method such as Gaussian elimination. Whereas techniques are widely available and highly optimized for weighted least squares, there are few techniques for minimization of other objective functions.

The IRLS is commonly used to perform robust regression with an M-estimator, as a way of mitigating the influence of outliers in an otherwise normally distributed data set. For example, by minimizing the least absolute error rather than the least square error.

The Method

Starting with a diagonal weighting matrix equal to the identity matrix W = I and a linear problem A x = b, the (weighted) linear equation is formed.

WAx=Wb

The least squares solution of this equation is then found using standard linear algebra methods. The residuals are calculated.

r=b-Ax

Using some function f(r) of the residuals, the weighting matrix is re-calculated, e.g. with f(r) = 1/|r|

W=diag(1/|r|)

With these new weights, the weighted least squares equation is re-solved and the residuals are re-calculated. The process can be iterated many times.

The solution to which this iterative process converges is the minimizer of an objective function related to the function f(r). With f(r) = 1/|r| the objective is the least absolute deviation $SUM{|r_{i}|}$ .

approve the algorithm certainly exists, and the above is a fair description of it. The method is used in a number of statistical packages and there is a considerable literature on the subject. Dj Inyoung (real name Inyoung Whang, b- February 10) makes and mixes hardcore techno, although he does some jungle music. He is mainly known around L.A by fans of the genre who go to see him perform locally, although his websites and word of mouth have helped him get known outside of L.A. He began creating his own music in 1994. A tape with the music was what got him into hardcore. He had before heard mainstream techno, and liked hip hop music so the new sound intruiged him. He began going to lesser known parties which were where he first heard hardcore. He saved some money to buy turntables so he could listen more. Inyoung mixed his own music on the turntables soon after. As time went on, he released mix tapes which would play at parties. Next he came to the undergrond events again. He wouldn't only listen to hardcore this time, but performed his music. After getting some crews and attending more parties he focused on having his music produced. He got a few records released during the mid and late ninties yet would give this part in his career a break until 2003. Deciding this time to go further with producing his music has pushed his progress to what it is currently. With a website, and quite a few mixes and released records he is relatively successful in the underground harcore scene.

Elleai was born 10 weeks premature during an impromptu business trip to the United States, and is the daughter of wealthy prestige real estate enterpenuer and a pilot. Orignally from Spain, Elleai and her family moved permanantly to the United States in 1998 living in Seattle, Los Angeles and Orange County before finally settling in New York City. In 2004, Elleai was signed to IMG models and appeared in several high class campaigns, in which she had much success and gained much exposure. Elleai is popular among the fashion-concious community.

Aarjic, once believed to be a mythical German creature spotted in the St. Petersburg, FL. area. Scientists have heard of recent spottings in backyards and under beds, we have also found a video clip that will need examining but will be put up on Youtube soon. Aarjics are not dangerous, we think, though they are hostile. They arent exactly beautiful creaturs, but they are quite rare. If you happen to spot an Aarjic call the Aarjic hotline at 727-455-9146. Though Aarjic attacks are rarely fatal, they are frequent but can easily be handeled with a fly swatter. Aarjics have been known to wear Denver Broncos clothing, K-mart Shirts, red shirts with a monkey and headphones, and soccer attire, they also wear jeans and navy blue baggy shorts. Also if you are missing any of your clothing that fits the descriptions it could be possible that an Aarjic as raided your closet/ dressers and is now wearing your clothing.

Josette Sheeran is the eleventh Executive Director of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). She was appointed by United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan and Food and Agriculture Organization Director-General Jacques Diouf in November 2006¹, and began her tenure April 2007.

World Food Programme (WFP)

As Executive Director of WFP, Sheeran is responsible for managing the world’s largest humanitarian organization which includes a worldwide organization of nearly 11,000 people. WFP has a dual mission of providing emergency food aid to the world’s hungry as well as addressing the causes of chronic hunger. The UN estimates that there are more than 850,000 hungry and malnourished people, disproportionately represented by women and children who are often victims of war and natural disasters; orphans and families affected by HIV/AIDS; and schoolchildren in poor communities.

"I think we can, in our lifetime, win the battle against hunger because we now have the science, technology, know-how and the logistics to be able to meet hunger where it comes," Ms Sheeran said.²

Sheeran has outlined seven reasons why chronic hunger can be overcome and has expressed commitment to meeting the UN Millennium Development Goal of halving hunger and poverty by 2015.³

"Those pictures of children with swollen bellies will be a thing of history."²

The World Food Programme, founded in 1963, last year provided food to more than 90 million poor people in more than 80 countries worldwide. Its annual budget is US$3 billion.

National: United States

In August 2005, Sheeran became Under Secretary for Economic, Energy and Agricultural Affairs at the United States Department of State becoming the senior economic representative on Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s diplomatic team. Sheeran developed and oversaw implementation of a number of State Department initiatives to support economic transformation and reconstruction, especially in Central Asia and Afghanistan. Sheeran was also responsible for a range of economic issues including: development, trade, agriculture, finance, energy, telecommunications and transportation. She helped foster and carry out aid and development initiatives in countries like China, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Lebanon.

Ms Sheeran has also served as Deputy U.S. Trade Representative in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), where she advanced the African Growth and Opportunity Act, which helps African countries develop trade capacity so they can successfully compete in international markets. She was responsible for trade negotiations in Asia and Africa, and was instrumental in launching the first USTR trade capacity building department.

International: G8 and United Nations

During her time as Under Secretary, Sheeran also served as the US Foreign Affairs Sous-Sherpa for the Group of Eight (G8) Summit. And in 2006 she was named, by former Secretary-General Kofi Annan, to the United Nations’ High Level Panel on System-Wide Coherence. As part of this panel, Sheeran, along with the Prime Ministers Luisa Dias Diogo of Mozambique, Jens Stoltenberg of Norway and Shaukat Aziz of Pakistan, conducted hundreds of interviews with development and humanitarian experts, NGOs and national leaders throughout the world. From these interviews, Sheeran and her fellow panel members compiled suggestions and strategies to improve the management and efficacy of the UN’s developmental, humanitarian and environmental efforts.

As Under Secretary, Sheeran also represented the United States as Alternate Governor for the World Bank; the Inter-American Development Bank; the African Development Bank; the Asian Development Bank; and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. She was also a member of the Board of Directors for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.

Media

Sheeran has been an international reporter, editor and newspaper executive, beginning her career covering the White House during President Carter’s presidency. Later in her career, during her tenure as managing editor of a U.S. major newspaper, she was a regular commentator on television news programmes and twice served as a Pulitzer Prize juror, including for foreign reporting.

Other

Before entering public service, Sheeran was Managing Director of Starpoint Solutions, a Wall Street technology firm that works with Fortune 500 clients. She also served as President and CEO of a Washington D.C. think tank, where she advanced the agenda of economic empowerment for inner cities and developing nations.

She has been a member of the Council on Foreign Relations for more than a decade and has served on its Washington advisory board. She has served on a number of other boards, including the Washington boards of the Urban League and the United Negro College Fund.

Awards

She has received numerous awards, including the Press Award for Journalistic Achievement by the National Order of Women Legislators and a national award for developing and promoting African-American journalists.

She earned her BA from the University of Colorado in 1976.

Ted Sweet (born Edward Theodore Sweet in 1985) ALMOST has a patent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111:) ;) But, in all seriousness, it will never ever ever go through. The patent is for a penis pump, which has already been invented anyways and plus they DON'T WORK!!!!!!!111111111

Anyway, Teddy was born in the dojo called HUHUHUHyyyyuhnspringroll, where he trained in the art of ninjitsu and also samurai, and also he had guns. When he had to face a dragon in 1986 (2 years old!!!!!) he just pulled out this tiny little baby scrotum and the dragon died of a heart-attack!!!! I"M SERIOUS.

Teddy's most recent accomplishment was when he drank 7000000000E23 kegs (KEGS) of grain alcohol. And then he said, totally cooly, "I think I'm starting to get my buzz on." OMG! yes.

But, actually, he holds the patent for the wireless keyboard and invented blue tooths.

{{Infobox musical artist}} Middian are a 3-piece doom/stoner metal band from Eugene, Oregon. The band was formed from the ashes of Yob. Middian are currently signed to Metal Blade Records.

They play a blend of psychedelic driven doom and stoner / sludge metal influenced music. Middian are often compared to Yob, Mike Scheidt's previous project, but are described as more straight-forward and more hardcore influenced.

Age Eternal is their first album.

In India the real estate boom is still on. Thus demands for good architectural firms to meet demand for designing the number of smaller projects is at an all time high. In Kolkata many newer firms like ArcOn Design Consultants, Polaris, mostly starting with some competition winning confidence are now at the priority list of thew smaller clients. In the recent IIA Young Architects Festival held at Science city Kolkata, these young guns (shearing the stage with 2 of Bangladeshi architects (one of them being IIA condemnation Award winner Rafiq Azam) showcased their professional works as well as research works to impress the huge gathering. These young architects showing their capability and confidence in handling projects can be considered as future leaders in the sector. Let us wait and see these New Generation of Indian Architects taking centre stage in the world of Architecture.

The IPC-7351 Generic Requirements for Surface Mount Design and Land Pattern Standard was developed by IPC - Association Connecting Electronics Industries (R) and is a tremendous improvement for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) designers and engineers over the previous land pattern standard. This standard calculates accurate land patterns based on algorithms that account for fabrication, assembly and component tolerances for any electronic applications, including heavy-duty industrial, military, aerospace, medical, as well as consumer goods.

The IPC standard was developed by the Surface Mount Land Patterns Committee (1-13) of the Printed Board Design Committee (1-10) of IPC.

This IPC standard comes with free CAD library documentation via the LP Viewer available from the IPC website (http://landpatterns.ipc.org). The LP Viewer stores the component data in a CAD neutral format which allows for quick access and transfer between CAD systems.

Another free version of the LP Viewer is the LP Calculator LE, which aids PCB designers by facilitating a means for them to quickly calculate required land pattern infromation.

Enhanced versions of the LP software allows transfer between CAD formats and rebuilding entire CAD libraries with adjusted tolerance settings.

The Bee Cliff is a distinctive limestone and sandstone mountain cliff formation of approximately 360 feet in height overlooking a series of rapids and wooded areas on the Watauga River in the Siam community of Carter County, Tennessee and located southeast and upstream of Elizabethton, Tennessee.

The Bee Cliff and the Bee Cliff Rapids are located fifteen to twenty minutes downstream of the Tennessee Valley Authority Wilbur Dam and are popluar attractions for whitewater rafters and kayakers paddling on the Watauga River.

Multilingualism belongs to the everyday life of Luxembourg's population.

What language is when spoken or written in Luxembourg?

The law from the 24th February 1984 about the use of the languages in Luxembourg is (translated from French):

Article 1: The national language of the Luxembourgers is Luxembourgish.
Article 2: The laws are in French.
Article 3: The language of the government: Luxembourgish, German and French can be used.
Article 4: administrative questions: If a citizen asks a question in Luxembourgish, German or French, the administration 
           has to reply, as far as possible, in the language the the question has been asked.

In countries like Switzerland or Canada, the distribution of the languages is geographic, but in Luxembourg it is functional.

Functional means that the use of the language depends on the situation.

AT SCHOOL: At primary school, the course is in German and explanations are often given in Luxembourgish. At secondary school, it depends on what level the students are in. In the more difficult level, until the 9th class, every subject is in German, except maths. From the 10th to the 13th class, the course is mostly in French, but throughout the whole secondary school, explanations are often given in Luxembourgish. In the easier level, every subject is in German, except maths. At the commerce and administrative division, most subjects are in French from the 10th until the 13th class. Explanations are often given in Luxembourgish.

IN THE CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES: The language used is Luxembourgish, but sometimes also French (e.g. when laws are cited)

IN THE PRESS AND MEDIA: In the press, articles are mostly written in German, sometimes also in French. On TV and on the radio, Luxembourgish is mainly used.

IN THE EVERYDAY LIFE: To talk to foreign colleagues, the foreigners native language is used, because not many foreigners working in Luxembourg learn Luxembourgish. As soon as the foreigner understands Luxembourgish, the language used is often Luxembourgish.

Sitt Marie Rose is a novel by Etel Adnan about the Lebanese Civil War, based on a real person. A Christian pacifist woman schoolteacher, Sitt Marie Rose, helps the Palestinians and is executed by her Christian former friends who have joined the Phalangist party. It was originally written in French and then translated into English. It is taught in university courses on Postcolonial literature. The name is an allusion to the alleged Virgin Mary who is symbolized by a Rose.

Harvey High School (HHS) is the only high school servicing Harvey, New Brunswick, and the surrounding area. It serves approximately 325 students, grades 6 to 12, and is part of New Brunswick School District 18.

HHS was originally Harvey Regional High School (HRHS), opened in January of 1947, with a graduating class that June of only four students. It taught grades 7 to 11. It was located near the present day elementary school, and next to Don Messer’s giant fiddle. In the 1950-51 school year, the graduating requirement increased to grade 12. As a result, there was no graduating class that year.

Since the population was growing, an additional brick building was built in 1960 to house grades 7 and 8, as well as an automotive shop. Following that, two portable classrooms were added. When the Harvey Memorial Community Centre was built in 1972-73, all physical education classes (as well as team sports) were moved to the Community Centre’s gymnasium.

The building that is currently HHS was built in 1980. All textbooks and materials were moved to the new building on a long weekend in November of that year. The old buildings were subsequently demolished.

It was only since the 1997-98 sixth grade class that the sixth graders were considered a part of the high school. The original library and computer lab were both converted into classrooms to accommodate the population increase of the school as result. The school currently contains a gymnasium, a teaching theatre, a library, computer technology labs, an automotive lab, a soccer field, tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volleyball courts and a mini gold course.

Kendall Goo is one of Royce Gracie's eight trained black belts in Gracie Jiu Jitsu. He is undefeated as the Hawaiian State Heavy Weight Jiu-Jitsu Champion. He was also the World Jiu-Jitsu Champion in 1997 and 2001. He is the second American to ever win a gold medal in World Jiu-Jitsu competition.

Kirkland Ciccone is a minor Scottish performance artist who credits himself as a ['performance storyteller']. He frequently does spoken word gigs around Scotland and is scheduled to appear on a compilation of new Scottish talent for the indie Desertta Records label as the only spoken word artist. As a writer, Kirkland has written for fanzines and currently writes a column for indie rock music website This Is Fake DIY which [Alan McGee] recently commented favourably upon. He was awarded an arts grant for his A Secret History Of Cumbernauld show in 2007 as a centre piece to the town's fifthtieth birthday celebrations. Kirkland was hired by Cumbernauld Theatre to do a sequel which takes place on 28th June 2007. On 22 April 2006 Kirkland appeared alongside some of the best spoken word talent in Glasgow including Liz Lochhead, this event took place in The Panopticon and was organised by the Glasgow School Of Art. Kirkland also drew a substantial crowd as part of the Word 2006 festivities with his spoken word stories and verses. His spoken material comprises of small stories told in different accents sometimes with humourous or deadly twists.

Drawing on the influence of anime, comic books, Otaku culture, and animal compendiums, the work of Nicholas Di Genova features an encyclopedic range of constructed creatures ranging from soft and nurturing to calculating and military. Nicholas Di Genova is represented in Toronto by LE gallery, in New York by Fredericks Freiser Gallery and has been featured in New York's Armory Show and in Future Species, curated by David Liss at the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art. Di Genova has been included in exhibitions in New York, Singapore, London and Berlin and appears in publications from Austria, Australia, Canada, Germany, and the United States.

   An adorable feline influenced female creature.  She is said to have the voice of creature beyond that of an angel, but rarely 
displays her astonishing talent.  Although Nekou is often secerative about matters, she is quite arousing when "opens up".  She is 
a notable vocalist and guitarist, currently performing in a band by the name of Akueikyou.  Her lyrics are anything but 
thoughtless, and are often the cause of leaving bistandards such as myself breatheless.  Nekou is hardly what one would call 
innocent, performing naughty tricks countless times with the turn of your head.  There are rumours that she could very well be the 
very escance of beauty.  I myself, do not doubt these romours, but instead enforce them.  Her eyes are those of a goddess.  I could 
stare into her for eternity.  When Nekou is sleeping, she might appear vulnerable, but do not be fooled.  I understand the 
temptations are high and endless, however  Nekou is always watching.  She gains amusement from licking various things; and what a 
fine job she does doing so.  Above all, the untopable feeling, is that of feeling her devine lips pressed against your skin.

William Wayne Justice is a Senior United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Texas. He sits, by designation, in the Western District of Texas. Judge Justice was appointed to the bench by President Lyndon B. Johnson. He is known for authoring many progressive legal decisions.
