As for her musical career thus far, she is largely a self-taught musician/composer. Though she has dabbled with many more instruments (i.e. bass guitar, piano, flute, etc...), Vickey D mainly plays violin, viola and guitar (however, she apparently tunes her guitar 2 steps down and plays it like piccolo bass). A few years ago, she was taken under the wing of a 40-year veteran of the Seattle Symphony. As a member of her high school's orchestra, she has held positions as a first violin, principal second violin, and violist. He attends the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools and is currently in the 8th grade. This boy is extremely smart and talented, if a bit vulgar. He has had a few run-ins with the law (the enforcer being his principal), but has always seemed to charm his way out with nothing worse than a single day suspension. His prefered type of vulgar language is sexually related. He probably gets it from his favorite books, Gossip Girl. However, he seems to have had this attitude for quite a while. This young asian lad is either loved or hated and can live with that. He has an air of superiority about him and seems to believe that he operates on a level much higher than that of a typical 8th grader.

The Alexander S. Onassis Program in Hellenic Studies at New York University offered the first Major in Hellenic Studies in the United States. It aims to attract students keen to acquire a firm grounding in the language, culture and society of modern Greece. The major is appropriate for students who seek a rigorous humanities degree; for students who plan to graduate and seek employment in working environments engaged with Greece or Greek affairs in multiple contexts; those students who wish to pursue further graduate work on matters related to Greece. In light of these goals, a solid foundation in the modern Greek language is a prerequisite for all majors. Furthermore, given that many students will wish to carry over their skills from the interdisciplinary field of Hellenic Studies to graduate programs in more established disciplines, students must develop a concentration in particular disciplinary areas. (It should be noted that the core faculty of the program hold joint appointments with the departments of Classics, Comparative Literature, History, and Politics). Work in these areas would indicate to potential graduate departments the prospective student's familiarity with foundational work in the respective field. The A.S. Onassis Program was established at New York University in 1987 following the donation of a $15 million dollar grant (at the time one of the largest gifts in the school's history) by the A.S. Onassis Foundation to New York University for the establishment of a center for Hellenic Studies. The foundation was headed for years by the pre-eminent Byzantinist Speros Vryonis Jr. The program's current Director is Professor Katherine Fleming and other faculty members include Liana Theodoratou and Philip Mitsis.

Anna Maria Pinna is an actress, singer and dancer. Born and raised in Poughkeepsie, NY, she has lived in NYC, New Orleans, Siena, Italy, San Francisco, and is currently living in Mumbai, India. Balance has always been a focus to strive towards in Anna's life. While excelling in school, Anna also excelled in music, dance and acting. Her very practical parents, both teachers, encouraged her to pursue her studies and to pursue her art as a hobby on the side. Confused about which path to follow, Anna decided to pursue law and graduated in 3 years from Fordham University, and later Cum Laude from Tulane Law School. Anna then was recruited by Shearman & Sterling in Manhattan, where she practiced tax and trust and estates law. But the arts haunted her, and after 9/11, she reevaluated her life. She felt her soul was dying, and she traded in her job at the firm for a guitar and acting lessons. For Anna, there is divinity in creativity. The child of two school teachers, Anna was encouraged to learn about the world around her and to question society. Fueled by her insatiable curiosity of life, death, and experience, Anna believes that her art is a way for her to learn and to grow and to give back to others. The arts have always been a part of Anna's life. DANCE Anna began dance lessons at 3 years old. She studied tap, ballet, jazz, bhangra and bollywood dance. While in college, she studied at Alvin Ailey. Anna has performed with Sarina Jain's Bhangra dance troupe in the US. ACTING Anna began acting when she was a child. For Anna, acting is a way for her to understand more about her self and the world around her. She has studied method acting at The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in NYC, and has taken the course at Anupam Kher's Actor Prepares in Mumbai. As an actor, Anna is not afraid to challenge herself, and she likes to explore a wide variety of roles. She has done theatre and film work, and is currently working on a film by Tigmanshu Dhulia in Mumbai. MUSIC Music has always been a part of Anna's life. She began playing violin at age 6 and then switched to the flute when she was 9. Anna wrote her first lyrics when she was 8. She later studied music theory at theJuilliard Institute and voice with Barbara Mestre and Katie Agresta. While in NYC, Anna has sung with some local bands, and has performed in front of live audiences of 5 to 1000 people. However, Anna is currently looking to put together her own musical project. Anna's lyrics canvass spirituality, politics, self discovery, the corporate machine and abuse. You can learn more about Anna at: www.annamariapinna.com. Well Known Resident of Seattle and former candidate for US Senator Succombs From Fall From Horse. From the results of a fall from his horse last Sunday morning Judge Hiram G. Bond one of the best know citizens of Seattle, died last evening at 7 o'clock at his home on Boylston Avenue. The immediate cause of his death was apoplexy, superinduced his physicians believe, by his exertions in aiding Miss Ada Hanford his riding companion, who fell from her horse during the ride. The pair were near the end of Lake Washington Boulevard when Miss Hanford's mount stumbled and threw her to the ground. Judge Bond quickly dismounted and ran to the assistance of Miss Hanford, who is a daughter of Federal Judge C. H. Hanford. Miss Hanford was not hurt in the least and was quickly on her feet. As he started to remount his steed Judge Bond became a trifle dizzy and fell to the ground, bruising his head, but not sustaining any serious injuries. Miss Hanford went immediately to his assistance and summoned a carriage, Judge Bond then was in a semi-conscious condition but when he reached home he was entirely unconscious. Because of his advanced years Judge Bond failed rapidly and Monday and Tuesday physicians worked over him in an effort to save his life. On Tuesday his condition grew worse and on Thursday all hope was given up. - Miss Hanford Grieved - Miss Hanford is almost prostrated with grief at the unhappy termination of the of the outing. Judge Bond and Judge Hanford were close personal friends and the deceased was held in he deepest regard by all the members of Judge Hanford's family. Judge Bond was 70 years old. Judge Bond was a rich man his fortune being estimated at US$ 750,000. He made a large part of this as a part owner and manager of Tennessee Coal & Iron Company and in investments in mining properties in various parts of the country and in California real property. One of Judge Bond's most intimate friends was former Gov. John H. McGraw, who knew the dead capitalist for many years. said Mr. McGraw: While Judge Bond was not active of late he was informed on Seattle's public affairs. He was very much interested in this city and although he maintained another home in California he always considred Seattle his home town. He was a man of very strong character, a sound reasoner, well posted on national affairs and on all public questions and deeply concerned with all of these. When he came here sixteen years ago, Judge Bond became interested in the mines in the Monte Cristo district with Colgate Hoyt, J. Sloat Fassett and other New York men. Leigh S. J. Hunt then owner of The Post-Intelligencer was also interested in these properties. Judge Bond realized a handsome profit from his investment. He did not own much Seattle real estate at any time, if I remember correctly his largest holding being the lot on First Avenue South where the Olympus Cafe is situated. Urged for Senator - Judge Bond for some years contemplated running for the office of United States Senator and his name was very strongly pressed during the Allen-Turner deadlock in the legislature of 1893. He made no effort himself to secure the office. Again in 1895 he was a receptive candidate but did not press his claims. About that time some of his friends myself and the late Frederic Grant among the number told Judge Bond that if he would establish a residence in Eastern Washington the chances were that he could easily be elected senator. I firmly believe and have always believed that Judge Bond was eminently fitted for the office and had he sought it and had been elected he would have taken rank with the great men of the Senate. He was a man beloved and esteemed by all who knew him, whose grasp of affairs was of the broadest and who had a natural capacity for dealing with public questions". - Deal for the PI - In 1897 Judge Bond offered to buy The Seattle Post-Intelligencer, at that time owned by John D. Hoge and James D. Hoge Jr. of ths city but before the negociations were concluded his son, Marshall Bond becoming infected with the gold fever determined to go to the Klondike mining country. Judge Bond's idea was to put his son in charge of the morning paper, but the young man's desire to go north changed all these plans and the deal for the paper fell through. Later Judge Bond renewed his offer to buy the property but it went into other hands. Marshall Bond and Louis Bond, sons of the deceased will arrive here tonight from California. The funeral arrangements have not yet been completed but the obsequies will probably be held Sunday at 2:00 o'clock with the internent at Lake View. -Seattle Times March 30th 1906 Seattle Post IntelligencereditJUDGE BOND LEFT US$7550,000 IN PROPERTY Estate of Dead Pioneer Resident of Seattle Will be Probated Without a Will Under the Law of the State. Left No Written Instruction as to Distribution of Fortune Which Will Go to Widow and Two Sons. Mrs Bond Will Get Half of the Property and Marshall and Louis Will Divide Remainder. Holdings Are Scattered Judge Hiram G. Bond who died in his home in this city March 29th as a result of a stroke of apoplexy and and a fall from his horse, left no will. His estate it is estimated by well informed men, is worth not less than US$ 750,000. Under the law it will go to his widow and his two sons Marshall and Louis. Mrs Bond will get half the estate and the other half will be evenly divided between his two sons. This afternoon the legal firm of Bauman & Kelleher acting for the widow and his two sons filed a petition in he superior court asking that Marshall and Louis Bond, the two sons be named as administrators for the estate. No inventory has yet been prepared of the property left by Judge Bond, who was one of the old time residents of Seattle and a man who worked for years for the upbuilding of the Queen City. - Died From Accident- Judge Bond as the Times has told, died as a result of a stroke of apoplexy. This was caused by an accident while out riding one Sunday on the Lake Washingon Boulevard with Miss Ada Hanford, daughter of United States District Court Judge Hanford. Miss Hanford's horse stumbled and threw her to the ground. This his physicians believed was due to the exertion of jumping from his horse and of aiding his partner. The trouble was aggravated by the advanced age of Judge Bond. He gew rapidly worse and died after several days. Daniel Kelleher who for years acted as Judge Bond's legal advisor, said today: I can not estimate the size of Judge Bond's estate, and therefore can give you no information. Judge Bond left no will. - Left Much Property - From local friends of Judge Bond who knew him well it was learned he died possesed of property in New York, Nevada, Utah, California and in Seattle and the State of Washington. His holdings in this city consisted entirely of the Olympus Cafe property on First Avenue which is valued at US$ 750,000. He owned timber land in Skagit County as well as a great deal of real estate in California, Utah and Nevada. The character of his holdings in New York are not known here. It is probable he held considerable interest in the Tenessee Coal & Iron Company, one of the great industrial corporations of the country. The bulk of Judge Bond's estate lies outside of the State of Washington. -Seattle Post-Intelligencer April 2nd 1906

Marion was born in Canada, 1937 and is the only child of a Russian mother and Irish father. Her parents came to Canada in 1925, with so many others, because of problems in their native lands. They settled in central Canada, the Prairie heartland, and began their lives afresh. She grew up speaking Russian and English and naturally absorbed the North American multi-cultural environment during her childhood. Following school she qualified as a nurse, painting as time permitted. During the 1960's she moved to London, England where she married Dr. Ernst Friedrich Blumberg, a German descendant of Catherine the Great, and later a British lawyer. It was actually through her first husband that Marion came into contact with Pablo Picasso and spent a summer at Nimes going to bull-fights. Through him also she became a model for the British painter H. Andrew Freeth, R.A. who had become reknowned for his famous portraits of Somerset Maugham and Yeats as well as winning the prestigious Prix de Rome. Later, she was painted by the Hungarian artist Arthur Pan who had achieved fame for his superlative portrait of Sir Winston Churchill. Through her first husband, Dr. Ernst Blumberg (son of Dr. Moritz Jacob Blumberg – inventor of The Blumberg Sign), she met his uncle Hugo Perls of the Perls Galleries who was a very helpful influence. After raising a family, she has two grown-up children, she completed a degree in art and then followed up with curatorial work before finally being able to devote herself to full-time painting. Many of those who have collected her work, including her cousin Peter Liba the 22nd Lieutenant Governor of Manitoba, find it not only ironic that her life has always been intertwined with art over the last few decades, in different roles, but also that much of her past experience as a model and her personal knowledge of several celebrated artists comes through within her work.

At age 17 she emigrated to England to pursue an acting career. She made her first movie, Cruel Passion in 1977 at age 24. She was in several films but is most known for her work in the Australian production, Felicity (1979 film). She did a cameo in the 1985 film Water. She also appeared on the English televison series Z-Cars. She met Ivan Allan, one of the top horse trainers in the world as at a cocktail party in December, 1985. A portly man, Allan had already made millions of dollars on the racing circuit, but his name was familiar to Clibbery for another reason. The year before, Allan took five bullets in the back during an assassination attempt in Singapore. She would eventually become his partner until their relationship ended in a highly publicized break up many years later. In 2004 her leg was amputated below the knee due to the stress of Ivan Allan 'stalking' her using the English system having caused complications with her type one diabetes. Glory Annen currently resides in England and works as a casting director.
