Robert H. Easton is the Deputy Superintendent & General Counsel of the New York State Insurance Department.[1] He advises the Superintendent and other officers of the Department, and supervises the Department's Office of General Counsel.[2]

He formerly worked for Sidley & Austin, and served as a law clerk for Chief U.S. District Judge B. Avant Edenfield in the Southern District of Georgia.

He earned a BA in History from Johns Hopkins University, where he was Phi Beta Kappa, and a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law.

'Jengkol' is common name of the tree Archidendron pauciflorum (also known as Pithecellobium jiringa, Pithecellobium lobatum and Archidendron jiringa), native to Southeast Asia. Its beans are a popular food in Indonesia, and are also consumed in Malaysia (where they are known as jering), Myanmar (where they are called ngapi nut, named for their odour, which is similar to that of ngapi (shrimp paste)) and in Southern Thailand, where it is called Luk-nieng.[3] The large brown legumes are very popular and cooked as satay or curry, especially rendang, in Indonesia.

The beans are mildly toxic, due to their unique djenkolic acid content, a protein amino acid, which causes djenkolism (jengkol bean poisoning). [4] It causes "spasmodic pain, urinary obstruction and acute renal failure" [5] The condition mainly affects men, and is not determined by how the beans are prepared, and individuals can consume the beans on multiple occasions without incident, to develop renal failure on another occasion. [6]

Orgins

Zack (Known by the same name in Japan), is a Nobody(Kingdom Hearts 2) that was born on a distant Pokemon island(Hohnenn). Currently, he is the character with the hardest stories in the games after the most-recent revealed Kingdom Hearts. He is rumored to be the most powerful mortal alive (considering he has the "Keyblade").

The story of the new "Kingdom Hearts" series beggins on Hohnenn (Pokemon Advance TV series and the GBA Pokemon Ruby/Saphire/Emerald) when the "Heartless" forces invade the south shore, led by the familiar "Zelda" villian, Vaati. Prof. Oak (from the original Pokemon TV series) tells Zack and his family to evacuate at once. Upon hearing this, Zack took up arms with Brock and Misty (also from the original Pokemon TV series), taking the "keyblade" with him(you may recal the heartless race being completly destroyed in "Kingdom Hearts 2". But they came back under Vaati's command for reasons revealed later).

In Season 1 (episodes #1-#62), are based on the game series' first five chapters(part 2, see above). Brock, Prof. Oak, Misty, and the Pokemon help Zack reach and defeat Vaati. But, in episodes #13-#55, he gains the help of "long-lost friends" from every video game to date in order to defeat the newest foe; Majornia (Zelda's "Majora," for short). Then, he forms a team out of these friends that bears the same name as the series itself; "KINGDOM HEARTS." In episodes #56-#62, he, his team, and his... "other half," take on the villian behind the "entire" series; "X-Flame."

In Season 2 (episodes #63-#119), the characters go after Vile and the mavericks (See "Mega Man X"). But, it's in the US-only release of the "Mega Man X" comic that Vile meets his creed's demise.

In Season 3 (episodes #120-#157), the series follows the game, "Kingdom Hearts; SMACKDOWN!!!." Midna (from "The Legend of Zelda; Twilight Princess") tries to ask Gaara (from the Naruto TV series) to hand over his sand power while Zack faces of against his rival. Upon hearing the question, everyone in the "KINGDOM HEARTS" team started fighting each other. It all ended for the "queen" when Zack defeated "Sub-Zero." Memories of her haunted him ever since.

In Season 4 (episodes #158-#177), the "KINGDOM HEARTS" join forces with the Resistance (Mega Man Zero) to take on the remains of YOU-KNOW-WHOs army. If you recall the term, "METEORA," from the actual Linkin Park CD of the same name, you'll know that with the DVD of Season4, you will get a bonus disk showing a Sonic-stlye music video that plays all of "METEORA's" 13 songs in one go.

Michael Moriarty is the Deputy Superintendent for Property and Capital Markets in the New York State Insurance Department.[10] He oversees the licensing, examination, and regulation of all property-casualty insurers, and the capital markets and risk management activities of insurance companies. He also oversees the regulation of captive insurance companies.[11]

He served most recently as the Director of the Department’s Capital Markets Bureau, which oversees the capital markets and risk management activities of New York-licensed insurers.

Education

Moriarty began his career in the Department in 1979, after receiving a BS in accounting from the City University of New York.

Award

In 2005, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) awarded Moriarty their most prestigous honor, the Dineen Award, for leading the successful reorganization of the NAIC's Securities Valuation Office.[12][13][14]

Edward Ball (c1642 - c1724) was an early American colonist. One of the founders of Newark, New Jersey. Possibly born in England or Barbados, he migrated to the New Haven, Connecticut area. Ball and several other Connecticut colonists including Robert Treat and Abraham Pierson founded Newark in 1666.

Alejandro Olalia was born in Bacolor, Pampanga on February 26, 1913. At a very young age he alwats wanted to become a piest. On March 23, 1940, at the age of 27 Olalia was ordained.

On May 14, 1949, less than 9 years later, he was appointed as Coadjutor Bishop of Tuguegarao. Once installed, he transfered the seminarians from Vigan minor seminary to Tuguegarao. This seminary was named Colegio de San Jacinto de Tuguegarao. Seminarians were even housed at the bishop's palace as there were no available housing yet in the seminary. Other faculty members in the seminary were: Rev. Fr. Telesforo Cordova, Rev. Fr. Salvador Lazo, Rev. Fr. Juan Quinto, Rev. Father Jose Ingaran, and Rev. Fr. Domingo Mallo. Less than a year after this appointment, he became the Bishop of Tuguegarao as the successor to the resigned Bishop Constancio Jurgens.

December of 1953, at the young age of 40, he was appointed the fist bishop of the diocese of Lipa. It is in this diocese that Olalia served most of his years as God's servant. On June 20, 1972, after 19 years as the bishop of Lipa, the diocese was became an archdiocese. He was then appointed as the archbishop of Lipa. On January 2, 1973 after less than 7 months from his appointment as archbishop, Olalia died from heart complications.

One of his greatest legacies to the Philippines would be the cursillo movement.

BRIEF HISTORY

Faith Montessori Nurseryland (as it was known then) was founded in 1988 by Mr. & Mrs. Oswald Amoo-Gotfried at Independence Avenue, Ridge, Accra. In 1990 the school was moved to Kanda. Primaryland started in 1992 and the school was moved to its present site in January,1995.

He completed his highschool from Gandaki Boarding School in his home town one,of the reputed school of Pokhara at that time. He did his A levels from Cosmos International Collage.
