Kate and Gin the dog are an act from the Britains Got Talent series 2, which consisted of canine freestyle. Gin is a Border Collie and is 6 years old. Simon Cowell said that he had always searched for the next Lassie, and Gin was that dog. Gin's owner is 16 year old Kate Nicholas, who has a really special bond with Gin, got trough the first auditions and then got through to the semi-finals and then through to the finals but lost out in the final.
The act was truely outstanding, and having no other like it was a great edge. Gin would now be regarded as one of, if not the most talented dog in the world. Piers Morgan said at Kate and Gin's first audition said "I think we're going to have to consider the prospect of a non-human possibly winning Britains Got Talent".

Munro College is an all boys' high school located in the parish of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. It stands 2,650 feet above sea level, on the highest peak of the Santa Cruz Mountain. The school ___location provides a panoramic view of the Pedro Plains in the distance below.
Munro has been at its current site since 1856 and to date it has turned out a large number of students, most of who have gone on to become leaders in their fields. It is one of the few educational institutions of its type that still offers accommodation to both on-campus boarders as well as travel-in students.
The school continues to set high standards of achievement and has produced more Rhodes Scholars than any other school in the Caribbean. The main emphasis of the school has always been academics, however sports has always been an important part of the school's life. There are a number of students who are currently pursuing university studies in North America and Europe, after winning sports scholarships for outstanding performances in track and field, football, hockey and other sports. Apart from sports, other extra-curricular activities include Cadet Training, Red Cross Youth Link, Photography Club, Debating and Public Speaking, Language Training, Drama and Music. Munro has also excelled in national quiz competitions. They have won the senior national quiz competition a total of five times, the second most all time, and are current champions.
The school offers to students a well-rounded curriculum, which caters to students who are either academically or technically inclined. From well-equipped science labs to safely laid-out heavy machinery workshops, students can choose courses that allow for the dissecting of a rat through to the building of nuts and bolts. A thorough groundwork is laid for students who wish to enter university to pursue studies towards a career in just about any field, medicine, law, engineering, business, computer programming and research.
history:
When Robert Hugh Munro died in 1798, he willed a sum of money "for the endowment of a school in the parish of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica for the education of poor children of the parish." These funds were bequeathed in a trust to his nephew, Dr. Caleb Dickenson and the churchwardens of the parish and their successors to be used to establish and operate the school.
The funds were used for other purposes until 1856, when through an Act of the Legislature the remainder of the bequest was used to establish the Munro & Dickenson Free School in Black River. The following year the school was moved to Potsdam, the highest point in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and was at that time the only high school for boys in the western Jamaica. The name of the school was later changed to Munro College.
In 1858 Mount Zion, a high school for girls was founded from the Trust funds. That school was later relocated to its present site at Malvern, and renamed Hampton School. The Mission of the Munro and Dickenson Trust is philosophically oriented towards promoting and nurturing the qualities of discipline, scholarship, integrity and leadership in the students of Munro and Hampton.

Currently there are only two categories in Category:Earthquakes by continent, Europe and Africa. This is not very useful as no one can categorize other quakes. So the other continents and oceans should be created.
Born on the 7th of April 1984, Norman D Golden II displayed his natural talent at age three when he was entertaining the customers at his grandmother's beauty salon with his impersinations and monologues. This prompted his parents to enroll him in a young talent program at a local TV Commercial workshop. When big wigs realized he was the most adorable child actor not named Olsen, Norman's career kicked off with Cop and a Half. His talent was noticed much earlier than that, He was the lone bright spotlight on an otherwise forgetful Fox sitcom, "True Colors."

As We Were was an independent film shot and edited in the early 1980's, and publicly released in 1994. The film, written, directed, and produced by musician D. Tredway, entails the story of a young boy named Johnny Wisconsin in search for escape from musical oppression and his abusive stepfather.
The boy (played by child actor Terry Robb) experiences hardships similar to those of Elvis Presley. The movie has inspirations rooted deeply in Aztec mythos.
As We Were was released to a small, private audience in a little-known theater in Cape Cod, dubbed The Us Shack, but was released almost 10 years later, in March 2003, as part of a program to bring obscure independent films back into circulation. There were approximately 1,650 VHS tapes of the film created and released. These VHS tapes are considered by some to be priceless.

The second part of Marcel Pagnol's trilogy is funnier and more expansive than the first (Marius), once again showcasing the great Raimu in the role of Cesar. In this one, after Marius has gone to sea, Fanny (Orane Demazis) discovers she is pregnant and agrees to marry the wealthy older man Panisse. The risky subject is treated with a frankness and compassion that would have been unusual in an American film of the period. The pleasures of Pagnol's script are in the foibles and eccentricities of the older characters - Charpin is skillful as Panisse, and Raimu is once again wonderful, hiding his feelings behind his brusque exterior, trying to run everyone else's business while barely managing his own. To watch him is to catch a glimpse of the French theater of an era now long gone. The film is less successful when trying for high flown drama - Marius (Pierre Fresnay) returns and we are given an overdose of bathos. Pagnol doesn't know how to be subtle when he's being serious and Demazis (his wife at the time) overacts in the big scene that ends the film. Allegret's direction is adequate in what is essentially a filmed play. Audiences ate it up - it established Pagnol financially so that he could build his own studio.

The Alte Lindenallee (Old Limetree Avenue) is the oldest tree-preservation-site in Tübingen. It is located between the
school Wildermuth-Gymnasium and the sports facilities of SV03 Tübingen.
The construction of the former avenue(landscape) dates back to the year 1508 when the city of Tübingen gave the trees
as a present to the university. Planting the trees should beautify the ways towards the university-buildings around
the Stiftskirche.
1911 first measurements of conservation were taken by permitting traffic in the alley. 1933 further arboricultural work was done
like tree-surgery and planting new trees at places once taken by old ones.
Estimating how many trees of the first generation still exist is hard. Estimations range from five up to twelfe trees.
