The 'Die area' of a computer is the cost breakdown of building a computer which includes the cost of producing the Processor chip of which there is a cost associated to producing the wafer size processor chip 'die': Cost of die is associated to die area, die yield(maturity of mfg process, redundancy features), cost/size of wafers, die cost~= f(die area^4)with no redundancy.

Daniel Frishberg is a Jewish-American businessman, author and talk-radio host. He is the founder of the Biz Radio Network, where he broadcasts his own show, The MoneyMan Report, daily. He is also a partner of the private equity trust Frishberg, Laffer, Wallace Economic Opportunity Fund and an investment strategist for the management firm Frishberg, Jordan, Stewart & Kaleta Advisors.

Early Life and Education

Frishberg was born in Long Island, New York, and his mother raised him and his two brothers. He got his first job as a seven-year old fetching coffee on Wall Street.


Frishberg excelled in the classroom, graduating two years early from Fair Lawn High School in New Jersey. He served in Vietnam for the Marines during the early 1960’s, upon returning to New York University on a full scholarship.


Frishberg now hosts his own show, The MoneyMan Report, on his radio startup. BizRadio is one of the fastest growing sources of money info in the country, now reaching audiences in San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, and Fort Worth. Furthermore, it broadcasts 24 hours a day to the million paid subscribers of the IndustrialInfo.com network. The network has attracted over three quarters of a billion dollars in capital over the past two years, more than half in the past twelve months.


The network features business-oriented programming from 6AM to 7PM seven days a week, mainly related to investing, under the tagline "The Sound of Your Money Growing".


The network states that its demographics consist of 61% men and 39% women, with nearly half (48%) in the over-55 category, 43% with college degrees and 33% with a higher degree, and over 2/3rds with net income exceeding $50,000. The network caters to individuals (who are referred to by the network as "The Union of People Who Use Their Brains to Get a Better Deal") with high degrees of income, who spend on luxury items yet desire to maintain their "nest egg" by spending their money wisely.

Other Ventures

Frishberg, Jordan, Stewart, & Kaleta manages over 300 million dollars in assets, including one of the few equity portfolios in the country that have shown gains over the past difficult years – doubling the S&P 500 performance since its inception in 2001.


Frishberg, Laffer, Wallace Economic Opportunity Fund has profitably committed hundreds of millions in capital over the past two years to their real estate, media, and other holdings – generating capital at a time when money was considered tight.

Escape from the Herd

In 2006, Frishberg, along with noteworthy author Laura Baker, came out with his first book, Escape from the Herd: Secrets of the Super Rich.


The book details a series of conversations between a fictional Dan Frishberg and his massage therapist, Franny Gold. The general idea of the book preaches avoiding the pitfalls of investing with the common herd–mentality, as evidenced by the opening lines:


"Before I was 10-years-old, a very wise old man used to point out to me that making money is the opposite of human nature..."


W. Michael Cox, Senior Vice President and Chief Economist of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, called the book the “quintessential contrarian investor strategy – communicated in a way everyone will naturally understand."


The book accurately forecasted the current international and domestic market situations. For these reasons, he is a frequent guest on national TV and sought-after keynote speaker at events all over the U.S.

Personal

Frishberg has raised millions of dollars for Jewish charities including the Jewish Federation. In 2003, he created Project Impact, to facilitate the development of talented youth. In addition, he set up a charitable trust college fund in San Antonio and secured all of the necessary funding.

He lives in the Houston-area with wife Elisea (who serves as the Vice-President of Biz Radio). They have three children - two daughters (Stephanie and Nikki), and one son (Larry).

Abass Adisa Ibrahim is a young boy that was born 11/12/96 in Niger,Africa. He likes to dance at times but he is not the best of it. He is a resident of Brooklyn,New york. He is one peson that lovesssssssss moneyy just like the show I love money. But the good thing is he don't love money more than his family. He was raised by both of his parent which are still alive living with him. Even dugh he is young he likes to make is own decision and do the right thing. He was recognized by a school called Philippa Duke Schuyler for the gifted and talented. He had to take a test in there with his three other cousins who were also recognised. suprisingly him and one of his girl cousins were accepted, the other 2 were crushed but they got over it. Now Abass is living the life of his dreams well i wouldnt say that because there are things he would love to have but he doesnt have it. Well You can say it like this Abass is living a Nice life.

Mike Singh (born Mike Satwinder Singh Kalair on Jun 29th 1984) is a retired (Singh announced his own withdrawal from competitions before turning to the 21+ categories) martial artist and former three-time World Champion. To date, he remains the only person who has achieved three individual titles within the pre-21 categories. Singh is regarded as one of the most talented martial artists in the world.

Early History

Singh was born in Los Angeles, California. Originally from Indian heritage his parents Amandeep Kaur and Jagvir Singh Kalair moved to the United States in 1976, where they have become successful entrepreneurs in the fields of haute couture design and industrial real estate development.

Getting acquainted with the beginnings of Wushu at the tender age of 3 Singh started his career. On a friend's advice Singhs father enrolled the youngster into a local Wushu training center in Los Angeles 1987. His first competitive bouts where somewhere around late 1990. Singh went on to become 4th in a regional tournament in San Fransisco and thus his illustrious career commenced with a defeat. In 1993 he competed in the Interstate Championships and met an opponent which was of a larger build than himself, regulations stated no weight classes at that time, Singh presumably wanted to hand out the win but his trainer persuaded him to compete anyway, Singh went on to win his first championship at age 9. He repeated this feat again at age 11 two years later in 1995.

Sifu Training

It was in this year that Singh met his future personal trainer Kai Hun, an original monk from Henan, China. In a local training event at the end of 1995, Kai Hun and Singh agreed to train together in order to compete at higher levels. Singh's parents disagreed due to his young age and his education. Kai Hun and Singh's parents agreed to let him start training under his wing after Singh had completed his 6th grade class and was to go to Junior High School. In this process Singh had become eligible to participate in topnotch sport education.

After 6th grade the 12-year old Singh trained solely with Kai Hun and competed in local and national tournaments all across North America. His training became more strict and intense since he was to compete in the Asia Tournament the following year in 1997. In the final round against Ryan Argyle he lost and suffered his second defeat and started training even more rigid spending hours on end in the dojo. Singh and Argyle became friends when Argyle got ill and could not fight anymore. In 1998 Singh subsequently won the Interstate Championships, The North American Championships and Asia Tournament becoming the reigning champion in all three categories, Kai Hun got his reason as to why Singh got enrolled into world class fighting events. The Foundation states that a fighter must win on 5 continents in order to qualify for the World Championships. Thus Singh traveled to Europe, Africa and Australia sequentially where he won the games with such an ease that a new champ was in the making. After qualifying for the world tournament he traveled to Seoul, Korea where he got loathed by the press and local public since he was not from Oriental descent. This however, did not distract him from his target and eventually won the tournament and became champion of the world for the first time in 1999 at age 15.

World Class

After becoming world champion Singh started travelling all over the world to promote the aspects of self-defence and making children known to this relatively unknown form of martial arts. Due to his wholesome image, down to earth nature he won the hearts of many and effectively competed in all held tournaments between 1999 and 2002. Due to this strict regime he completed his education entirely correspondential.And qualified again to compete in the World Tournament which he won for a second time. By this time he was becoming an example for millions.

China

In 2003 Singh was pulled back from all tournaments and was sent to China for a more traditional training out of the eyes of the public. Having spent 9 months in Henan, China, Singh returned to the States but left for Europe later that year to complete his degree in London, UK. Even though his studies were again correspondential Singh started suffering from great fatigue and the medics of his dojo ordered him to take a break. He pulled back, concentrated on his studies and achieved a double bachelor degree in International Law and Business Administration.

Career Final

He resumed training in 2004 and yet again competed again in all major tournaments, but by this time his style and tactics were changed due to his training in China to much surprise of many. When Singh was training in Pretoria, South Africa rumors started that he might be getting back into the ring to compete in a third world-tournament. However this had never been done before and many martial artists hadn't gone to a greater length then one tournament and in some cases fighters achieved a double title. This was a enormeous feat in itself and Singh was not being taken serious.

Singh went public for the first time in February 2005 and officially announced, and thus confirming the rumours, that indeed he was competing in a third world tournament and he was going to retire after this tournament. Having said this he created a surreal hype around this tournament and many were in awe of him retiring at age 21.

When the tournament started he suffered two defeats and many believed that he had lost it. Singh proved his critics wrong by attaining his former style of relentless speed and coordination and made it to the final round. Having come this far many did not believe that he would actually retire. August 3rd 2005 Singh became for an unprecedented third time champion of the world and announced his retirement right after the award ceremony.

Aftermath

Mike Singh defeated almost every top fighter of his era. Due to his lightning speed,unfathomable hand-eye coordination and unprecedented skill he was able to scale the heights and sustain his position for so many year. He inspired many youngsters to take up martial arts classes who became champions in their own respect and being inspired by Muhammad Ali and having him as an example he found his own motivation and strenghth. Singh was known for his light feet movement, almost supernatural instinct, and his unbreakable smile during fights.

In retirement

Currently Singh is living in The Netherlands where he is consistenly giving seminars and occassionaly trainings. A Taiwanese reporter asked Singh in 2007 in a honorary ceremony if he will ever consider coming out of retirement, Singh simply replied with "No, my passion and motivation has unexpectedly become an example for many others it is time to pass on the oppurtunities to the prodigies of the next generation." His trainer, Kai Hun returned to the States and has set up his practice in Chicago and will not train a pupil individually anymore due to his age. Singh remains the only disciple to have had personal training by Kai Hun.

A digital pattern generator is a piece of electronic test equipment or software used to generate digital electronics stimuli. Digital electronics stimuli are a specific kind of electrical waveform varying between two conventional voltages that correspond to two logic states (‘low state’ and ‘high state’, ‘0’ and ‘1’). The main purpose of a digital pattern generator is to stimulate the inputs of a digital electronic device. For that reason, the voltage levels generated by a digital pattern generator are often compatible with digital electronics I/O standards – LVTTL, LVCMOS and LVDS, for instance.

Digital pattern generators are sometimes referred to as ‘pulse generator’ or ‘pulse pattern generator’ which may be able to function as digital pattern generators as well. Hence, the distinction between the two types of equipments may not be clear. A digital pattern generator is a source of synchronous digital stimulus; the generated signal is interesting for testing digital electronics at logic level - this is why they are also called 'logic source'. A pulse generator is of purpose to generate electrical pulse of different shapes; they are mostly used for tests at an electrical or analog level.

Digital pattern generator can produce either repetitive, or single-shot signals in which case some kind of triggering source is required (internal or external).

Types of digital pattern generators

Digital pattern generators are today available as stand-alone units, add-on hardware modules for other equipment such as a [logic analyzer] or as PC-based equipment.

Stand-alone units are self-contained devices that include everything from the user interface to define the patterns that should be generated to the electronic that actually generates the output signal.

Some test equipment manufacturers propose pattern generators as add-on modules for logic analyzers (see for example the PG3A module for Tektronix' TLA7000 series of logic analyzers). In this case, the pattern generator is the 'generation counterpart' to the analysis functionality offered by logic analyzers.

PC-based digital pattern generators are connected to a PC through peripheral ports such as PCI, USB and/or Ethernet. They use the PC as user interface for defining and storing the digital patterns to be sent.

Features

Digital pattern generators are primarily characterized by a number of digital channels, a maximum rate and the supported voltage standards.

  • The number of digital channels defines the maximum width of any pattern generated - typically, 8-bits, 16-bits, 32 bits pattern generator. A 16-bits pattern generator is able to generate arbitrary digital samples on from 1 to 16 bits.
  • The maximum rate defines the minimum time interval between 2 successive patterns. For instance, a 50 MHz (50 MSample/s) digital pattern generator is able to output a new pattern each 20 nanosecond.
  • The supported voltage standards ultimately define the set of electronic devices a digital pattern generator can be used with. Concretely, the voltages and the transition characteristics of the signal at the output of the digital pattern generator will be compliant to these voltage standards. Examples of supported voltage standards: TTL, LVTTL, LVCMOS, LVDS.

Most digital pattern generator add features such as the ability to generate a repetitive sequence or a digital clock signal at a specified frequency, the ability to use an external clock input and triggering options, to start pattern generation upon the reception of an event from an external input.

From a young age, Maurizio Galante was exposed to the colors, textures and sights of his hometown in the Latium region of central Italy, which would later influence and distinguish him as one of the most original and talented designers of modern haute couture.

Having studied design at the Costume Institute in Rome, Galante began creating his own designs, leading to his debut show in 1988. Since then, he has been garnering unadulterated praise for his clothes. Maurizio Galante's creations are infused with ancient dress patterns and techniques, mainly from the Orient. With each collection, he presents an exquisite mix of layered accordion pleats and sensual silhouettes, embroidered with 18th century lace, silk tulle, or swan feathers. To form these voluminous and rhythmic creations involves complex technique. Each individual piece takes up to 300 hours make. The National Pension Reserve Fund was established by the Irish government in 2001 and is intended to be used to meet part of the state pension requirements from 2025 onwards. The need for such a fund was inferred from the projected demographic changes expected within the Irish population. As of end 2007 the fund was valued at circa €21bn. The state contributes 1 per cent of gross national product (GNP) to the fund every year.

Daniel Frishberg is a Jewish-American businessman, author and talk-radio host. He is the founder of the Biz Radio Network (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biz_Radio), where he broadcasts his own show, The MoneyMan Report, daily. Frishberg was born in Long Island, New York, where his mother raised him and his two brothers. He got his first job as a seven-year old fetching coffee and running errands on Wall Street.

She has a daughter by the name of Frances Elisabeth-Rose Dyers. Who was born on 6 April 1993. The Atheati, started by Lime Kitty who is a cat that wears a Lime hat, are a group of users of Yahoo Answers Religion & Spirituality section that got together to promote Atheism. The reason behind starting the Atheati was to show people that anybody can make up a belief. The Atheati members also promote that they "don't exist", but at the same time exist. Which is supposed to be along the lines of how they perceive those who believe in God. They say God doesn't exist because there's no evidence of His existence, yet believers still believe.

She was the daughter of Richard and Amy Starensier Lee, and sister of Ally and Josie. At the time of the incident, she was a camper at Camp Schodack in the berkshires of New York. She was a Pawnee girl. At the camp, a tree was planted in her honor. Her birthday is July 10. Hannah was one of the kindest people one could ever meet in their life. HinJews are 1/2 Indian and 1/2 Jewish. They are extremely cheap.A Hindu person who grows up in a very Jewish area and due to osmosis absorbs Jewish customs and ways of life in essence becoming Jewish themselves. however they are still proud Hindus, so clearly they are HinJews

Goal-tapping

Goal-tapping is a term used in football (soccer) for when a 'striker' will stay near the opposition goal to easily tap in to the net.

Mass Effect Online is the 4th Mass Effect title in the Mass Effect series. Players will be able to play as Humas, Turians, Mecha-Cats, Asari, Elcor, Krogan, Quarians and Salarians. Players will be able to choose from an array of classes including Fighter, Sniper, Merchant and many more. Player Housing is also beeing considered.

The players will also be able to have theyr own ship and crew, and preform missions given by other players.

Mass Effect Online is scheduled to be released in 2011 after Mass Effect 3 and 4 have been completed.

Heather Myers (born Nov. 1, 1979) is the weeknight co-anchor of San Diego 6 news at 10. She was also featured on the cover of San Diego Magazine in January of 2008 as one of the "50 People to Watch" in 2008.

Heather was born in Fallbrook, CA and grew up all over San Diego county. She graduated from Poway High School in 1997 and headed straight to San Diego State University where she got her degree in journalism.

She interned with Access Hollywood in Burbank before taking a job with KNSD news in San Diego. She got her first on-air experience in Yuma, Arizona at KYMA where she was a weekend anchor and reporter. She returned to San Diego with KFMB News.

Heather joined San Diego 6 News in November 2007 as a reporter and weeknight co-anchor of San Diego 6 News at 10:00.

Heather has covered some of the biggest stories to affect San Diego and Southern California. She was on the front lines of the 2003 and 2007 wildfires. She also reported from the Mt. Soledad and Laguna Beach landslides.

Heather is married but has no children. She is also a die-hard San Diego Charger's fan.

Defense of Brest Fortress

At the start of Operation Barbarossa, men from 1st and 3rd Battalions, 130th Regiment and 1st and 3rd Battalions, 135th Regiment from the German 45th Infantry Division, were to occupy the Citadel and eliminate its garrison. In the days preceeding the assault, the men rehearsed their role, with the aid of a sand model made from aerial photographs and old Citadel plans. At the time, the Citadel of Brest-Litovsk was surrounded by moats and River branches. It was also subdivided by canals and artificial water courses into four smaller islands. When Barbarossa’s initial artillery barrage began at 0315 hours, men of the 3rd Battalion, 135th Infantry Regiment were 30 yard from the Bug River, across from the Western Island. At 0319 hours, the artillery barrage was lifted 100 yards and the men jumped in their dinghies and assault boats to cross the River. The second wave followed at 0323 hours.

When the German attackers reached the eastern bank of the Bug River, the men climbed the sloping ground towards the Citadel’s entrance. At 0327 hours they ran through a garden, past fruit trees, into an old stable and over the road that surrounded the ramparts. They finally entered the fortress through its destroyed gatehouse.

But, instead of destroying the fortress’ buildings, the artillery barrage, including 60 cm mortars[1], gave the alarm and the Soviet garrison from the 44th Rifle Regiment and their Commanders[2][3][4], including Major Petr Mikhaylovich Gavrilov, Troop Commissar Fomin, Captain Zubachev, First Lieutenant Semenenko and Second Lieutenant Vinogradov in the Central Citadel, were in position, ready to open fire on the German assault teams.

Around noon on June 22nd 1941, the assault battalions were deep into the fortress’ defences in some places, but they could not penetrate the Soviets defenses around the Central Island’s officers mess and barrack blocks. Soviet snipers and machine guns teams under armored cupolas resisted stubornly. The German attackers and Soviet defenders were to close from one another, for German artillery support. During the afternoon, the 133rd Regiment previously held in reserve and a battery of 75 mm assault guns were brought forward with no results. By evening, 21 officers and 290 German NCO and men were dead or injured, including Captain Praxa 3rd Battalion/135th Regiment and Captain Krauss 1st Bat-talion/99th Artillery Regiment Commanders and their battle staffs.

Overnight, the assault forces were pulled back and the artillery and Luftwaffe renewed the shelling and bombing of the fortress. At noon on the third day, a reinforced assault detachment freed the German troops trapped in the old Citadel’s church, since the first day of the battle. But still, the Germans could not penetrate the officers mess’ defenses. On the northern island, the eastern fort also still held out.

Finally on the morning of June 29th, a Stuka Geschwader[5] dropped 1,000 pound bombs on the de-fenders, with no result. During the afternoon, they came back with 4,000 pound bombs and breached the Citadel’s masonry. Women and children walked out, followed by 400 Soviet defenders. But, the officers’ mess still held out. Finally, the Germans attackers destroyed the officers mess, section by section, with explosives.

The 45th Division’s operations report for June 30th, documenting the capture of the Citadel, stated that the Division suffered 482 dead, including 40 officers and over 1,000 wounded, while up to June 30th, the Wehrmacht incurred 8,886 dead for the entire eastern front. Thus, the losses incurred in the capture of the Brest-Litovsk Citadel totaled 5.4% of all German fatalities up to June 30th 1941. The Division also reported the capture of 7,000 Soviet prisoners, including 100 officers[6].

In 1956, Second Lieutenant Vinogradov declared to Sergey Smirnov for his 1956 book, recording the bravery of the defenders of Brest-Litovsk: “In search of the heroes of Brest-Litovsk”[7], that on June 25th, Commissar Fomin, Captain Zubachev and himself broke out of the fortress with a combat group. They were intercepted on the Warsaw road and wiped out. The Germans captured the three officers. Second Lieutenant Vinogradov added:

“Before the break out, Commissar Fomin put on the uniform of a dead private soldier; but he was identified in the PoW Camp by another soldier, denounced and shot. Zubachev died in captivity. Major Gavrilov survived captivity although seriously wounded, when he resisted capture by throwing a hand-grenade and killing a German soldier.”

While documenting his book, Sergey Smirnov found written on the walls of the fortress’ casemates, evidence that some of the Soviet defenders kept on fighting, until late July:

“We are three men from Moscow, Ivanov, Stepanchikov, and Shuntyayev. We are defending this church, and we have sworn not to surrender. July 1941.” and below: “I am alone now. Stepanchikov, and Shuntyayev have been killed. The Germans are inside the church. I have one hand-grenade left. They shall not get me alive.”

Somewhere else: “Things are difficult, but we are not losing courage. We die confidently. July 1941.”

In the Western Island’s barracks basement:

“I will die but I will not surrender. Farewell native country.” July 20th 1941.

During the war, Soviet soldiers repeatedly demonstrated such courage and devotion to duty.
