AGWSR (Ackley, Geneva, Wellsburg, Steamboat Rock) is a great 1A school district located in central Iowa. The high school and (K-3rd grade) elementary is located in Ackley with the junior high (6th-8th grade) and elementary (4th-5th grade) in Wellsburg. They are the cougars with football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, cross country, track, softball, baseball, and golf as the athletics. School colors are purple, navy, & white. www.agwsr.k12.ia.us

Rangiora High School is a secondary school located in Rangiora, New Zealand. It was established in 1884 by an Act of Parliament. The school roll currently stands at 1640 students, aged 12-18, which makes the school one of the largest in the South Island of New Zealand.

Houses

There are six houses at Rangiora High School, named after notable New Zealanders:

Hillary - Named after Sir Edmund Hillary. This house's mascot is Husky and their colour is Red.
Lydiard - Named after Arthur Lydiard. This house's mascot is Tiger and their colour is Orange.
Mansfield - Named after Katherine Mansfield. This house's mascot is Wasp and their colour is Yellow.
Ngata - Named after Sir Apirana Ngata. This house's mascot is Kea and their colour is Green.
Rutherford' - Named after Sir Ernest Rutherford. This house's mascot is Knight and their colour is Blue.
Sheppard - Named after Kate Sheppard. This house's mascot is Shark and their colour is White.

Nyam nyam is a general term used to describe sexual encounters with epic levels of ecstatic pleasure. Used in general conversation to refer to situations of Fallatio, where the female participant expresses her gratitude and enjoyment with the phonetic exclamation "NYAM, NYAM" at or after the point of male climax . Its roots can be traced as being imported to South Africa by a Zimbabwean student and first used in late 2002 / 2003 in the balmy suburb of Ronderbosch, Cape Town. Further uses also refer to the pursuit of such sexual encounters, or the general enjoyment of sexual or otherwise pleasurable activities.

King Kananga are an amazing new band, they'll blow your mind baby yeah.

Already sited by the Editor of Rock Magazine as the 'Best talent to come out of the UK for decades'. A grungey, often retro feel to the songs, with punk and metal influences. Their songs are interesting, catchy and should stand out from the norm a bit.

T-Bag, G-Bone and G-Man certainly rock my socks off.

Qflix is a proprietary technology developed and licensed by Sonic Solutions to add CSS copy protection/DRM to recordable DVD-R media.

Test

It is an alternative command set to the open standardized method of recording CSS to recordable media defined by the IT industry in the Mt- Fuji standard. Sonic hopes to establish Qflix as an alternative to the standard recordable CSS implementation and charge royalties for its use.


Recordable CSS (also known as CSS Managed Recording) has first been announced by Sonic Solutions end of 2005 and has been enabled by the DVD-CCA in an amendment late in 2007. By using recordable CSS, movies can be burned to DVD in encrypted form just as on regular mass manufactured DVDs.


Burning CSS to recordable DVD (by using propitiatory Qflix or the open standard command set) requires propitiatory DVD burner hard- and firmware and propitiatory recordable DVD-R media. Both drives and media are not available at present and no release dates have been announced. Prices of the drives and media are expected to be significantly higher because of the license fees and separate production steps required to manufacture the media.


Recordable CSS DVD media are not compatible with standard DVD-Burners and will not be recognized as empty media. Writing to DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW or DVD-9 media is not possible.


DVDs recorded with CSS are significantly less compatible with DVD-Players than standard recordable DVDs because most DVD-Players (maybe with the exception of very new models) do now know the new disc type.


Usage

Currently no online video service uses Qflix but Sonic has announced that it expects first licensees by end of 2008 and that it is working with some video services to integrate their online offering into the Sonic Venue application.


Advantages

Sonic states that the use of Qflix is superior to the use of the standardized Mt. Fuji DVD-Burner command set because consumer will recognize the “Qflix” brand because of Sonic Solutions marketing activities.


Criticism

An alternative command set to the standardized way of burning CSS to DVD-R media confuses the end user. Also the requirement to purchase a new DVD-Burner and special media which are not compatible to normal DVD-Burners is likely to create additional confusion.


Alternatives

edit

Alternatives to record CSS to DVD-Rs by using the open standardized command set have been announced by FluxDVD and Nero. Other manufacturers are likely to follow if burner and media will become available.


Non CSS alternatives for recordable DVDs are available from Macrovision, Sony, Protect Software, XProtect and Fortium.

Danny Crainie was a former Scottish journeyman football player who played for 12 football clubs in Scotland, England, Australia and Ireland. Crainie began his football career at Celtic where he showed great promise scoring 7 goals and making 16 appearances in his debut season for the Scottish giants. Despite his promising start he played only a few games in his following two seasons at Celtic before moving to England to play for Wolverhampton. Crainie made over 60 appearances for the Wolves which would be more then he would make for any other club. During his time at Wolverhampton he was loaned out to Blackpool where he made 6 appearances. After a short spell at Dundee Crainie left Britain for Australia where he played for well known Australian club South Melbourne, where he would return in 1987 after playing in Ireland. Crainie played a total of 39 times for South Melbourne scoring 10 times, more then he did at any other team. In 1988 Crainie left Melbourne for the New South Wales coastal city of Wollongong where he would play more then 50 games for Wollongong City and also earned himself a minor premiership with his first season at the club. Crainie returned to the British Isles in twilight of his career where he played for Kilmarnock, Ballymena United and Ross County before retiring.

Nikolay Fyedorovich Makarov designed a small 9mm ASemi Automatic Handgun. The handgun (Makarov) is appoximatly 6-1/2" long with an 8 round capacity. This is not a 9mm luger round, this 9mm (9x18) more closely resembls a .380 cartrige. the Weapon was used by the U.S.S.R, and produced in China, Bulgaria, and East Germany.

Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Bro Myrddin (English: 'Bro Myrddin Welsh Comprehensive School') is a Welsh-medium school in Carmarthenshire. It is located in Croes-y-Ceiliog near Pibwrlwyd on the outskirts of Carmarthen. It was established in the late seventies in a restructuring attempt for welsh language in Carmarthenshire which saw the establishment of many Welsh Medium Schools in the area. The vast majority of the schools pupils have recieved primary education through the medium of the Welsh language and are offered the opportunity to study the majority of the subjects offered through the Welsh Language through to A Level.


History

The school first opened its doors on Wednesday the 6th of September 1978 at the sight of the town's former Boys Grammer School, before moving to its current, specially built, site on the outskirts of the town for the beginning of the 1997/98 academic Year. In the first year 213 pupils registered on the first schoolday all in years 7,8 and 9 (Aged 11 to 14), growing to over 650 pupils 30 years later. Its first Prifathro (Headmaster) was Mr Gareth Evans, who was succeeded upon his retirement in 1997 by Mr Eric Jones, and then by the current Mr Dorian Williams in 2005.

Houses

The school has 4 houses Hengwrt, Hergest, Llwydiarth and Peniarth, they each compete in 2 main competitons held by the school, a shool Eisteddfod which is held on the nearest Friday to the 1st of March (St Davids Day) and a school sports day held in the summer term.

Results

According to Estyn 75% of 15 year old students achieve grade A*-C at GCSE level, the highest level in Carmarthenshire.

Charlie Winters, 38, a Miami businessman, sold Haganah supporters three World War II B-17s that he had been using to haul fruit and vegetables from Puerto Rico. These would become the only three heavy bombers in the Israeli Air Force. Winters, a Christian, was convicted of violating the Neutrality Act and sentenced to 18 months in a federal prison. He was the only American actually jailed for defying the embargo. After his death in 1984, his remains were transferred to Israel for burial in the ancient Templars Cemetery in Jerusalem.

Caprice Coleman is an American professional wrestler who competes in Mid-Atlantic and Southern independent promotions including Total Nonstop Action, NWA Wildside, Ring of Honor and, in recent years, Live Action Wrestling and the Christian Wrestling Federation. [1] He has also made several appearances in World Wrestling Entertainment wrestling on WWE Heat and WWE Velocity.

Career

Early career

Coleman began his career in the wrestling business as a referee and wrestler in Organization of Modern Extreme Grappling Arts where he was trained by Matt and Jeff Hardy. After Jeff and Matt Hardy were signed by the World Wrestling Entertainment, Coleman moved onto NWA Wildside along with fellow OMEGA alumni Joey Matthews, Gregory Helms and Shannon Moore. He later won the NWA Georgia Junior Heavyweight Championship from Lazz on December 2, 2000. After a four month reign, Coleman lost the title to J.C. Dazz at the NWA Wildside Arena in Cornelia, Georgia on March 29, 2001.

During the next several months, Coleman faced Havok, Dango Wynn, J.C. Dazz and Lazz. [2] He lost to Jimmy Rave in a "Triple Threat" match with J.C. Dazz in a match for the title at the NWA Wildside Arena on April 21, 2001. [3] Throughout the next year, he would also face Jeremy Lopez, [4] Rainman and Jimmy Rave. [5]

On June 29, 2002, Coleman defeated Cru Jones for the NWA Wildside Television Championship. A special stipulation to the match saw both men's valets Sweet Dreams and Destiny handcuffed together. [6] Successfully defending the NWA Wildside Television Championship against Tony Mamaluke on July 6, [6] [7] he also took part in an 8-man "Loser Leaves NWA Wildside" match teaming with Sweet Dreams, Onyx & Kevin Hardner against Cru Jones, Tony Mamaluke, Malakai & Lazarus (with valets Destiny and Lisa) on June 22. Coleman pinned Jones to win the match and forced Jones to leave the promotion. [6] [8]

On November 26, 2003, Coleman made a one time appearance in Total Nonstop Action losing to CM Punk & Julio Dinero in a tag team match with Roderick Strong. The match was later taped and aired on Xplosion.

Ring of Honor and NWA Wildside

Coleman regained the NWA Wildside Television title defeating Rainman in a best "2-of-3 falls" match on January 3, 2004. A week later, he made his debut in ROH as a participant in a four-way match with Rainman, Todd Sexton and Jimmy Rave on January 10, 2004. At The Last Stand, he was in a "Six Man Mayhem" match with Chris Sabin, Slyk Wagner Brown, Sonjay Dutt, Jack Evans and Hydro on January 29. [9] Coleman was eventually forced to surrender the NWA Television title the following month due to a spinal injury.

On March 13, he scored his first major victory over Rainman at Do or Die II. [10] After the match, the two were approached by Julius Smokes to take part in the tag team Scramble match later that night. Facing three other tag teams (Fast Eddie & Don Juan, the Outcast Killaz and The Ring Crew Express), he and Rainman lost to Fast Eddie & Don Juan.

Leaving the promotion for NWA Wildside, he entered a championship tournament in an attempt to regain the still vacant NWA Television title but lost to Jason Cross in the finals on March 27. Appearing at World Title Classic, he took part in an interpromotional "Six Man Mayhem" match between Ring of Honor, NWA Wildside and IWA Mid South on June 12. The participants included Jimmy Jacobs (Ring of Honor), HC Loc & Matt Sydal (IWA Mid-South) and Delirious, Rainman and himself representing NWA Wildside. The match was won by Jimmy Jacobs. [11] [12]

On July 3, Coleman lost to NWA Wildside TV Champion Jason Cross in a four-way match with Jeremy V & Ray Gordy. He also made one last appearance in Ring of Honor losing to Colt Cabana at Do or Die III on July 17. [10] A week later, while in the Christian Wrestling Federation, he defeated Scottie Wren for the CWF Heavyweight Championship in Rockwall, Texas on July 24. That same night, he also battled CWF Television Champion Mike Fox to a time-limit draw.

Later that year, he lost to Gabriel in a three-way match with Ray Gordy on October 30. Shortly before the close of Southern Championship Wrestling, Coleman lost to Krazy K for the vacant SCW Junior Heavyweight Championship in Durham, North Carolina. [13] On December 6, he made his first appearance in World Wrestling Entertainment losing to Gene Snitsky on Monday Night Raw. The match would later be aired on WWE Heat. [14]

On January 15, 2005, Coleman and Joey Silva defeated Xsirus & Lodi in Sanford, North Carolina. [15] Scoring victories over Jeff Lewis, [16] Masada and Chance Prophet during early-2005, he and Joey Silva also teamed up win the Live Action Wrestling's Gauntlet Series defeating The Macks in the final match on February 26 and awarded the tag team titles. On March 5, he won a Mega Rumble to earn a title shot against NWA Wildside Heavyweight Champion Onyx, however he lost to him later that night. Two days later, Coleman made a second appearance on Monday Night Raw losing to Chris Masters and was later aired on WWE Heat. [17]

Defeating Dexter Poindexter at an event for Combat Fusion on March 12, he returned to NWA Wildside losing to Ray Gordy on March 19. Teaming with Sal & Vito Thomaselli, he lost to Brandon Thomaselli, Todd Sexton and Tony Stradlin in a 6-man tag team match on April 16. On April 30, he and Tony Mamaluke defeated Todd Sexton & Tony Stradlin by double submission.

Recent years

After Wildside, Coleman went onto wrestle in the Christian Wrestling Federation and Live Action Wrestling full time. On June 4, 2005, he and Garry Stevens defeated Xsirus & Brass Monkey on June 4. A month later, Coleman teamed with Kid Justice to face former tag team partner Joey Silva & Xsirus on July 23. On August 19, 2005, Coleman lost to Xsiris at an event for CWF Mid Atlantic in Burlington, North Carolina. [15] The winner was to receive a shot at the AWA Light Heavyweight Championship. That same month, Coleman faced Doug "The Bash Man" Basham at the August 25th edition of Smackdown! which aired on WWE Velocity. [18] In September, he and Michael Malick defeated Sweet Dreams & Son of Thunder for the CWF Tag Team titles. [19]

Coleman lost to Dragon Fantastico on October 15 at a CWF event and, in LAW on November 12, he and Joey Silvia defeated Derrick Driver & Billy Jones. He and Silva participated in the main event later that night and lost the LAW Tag Team titles to Brad Hunter & Sean Alexander. On December 5, he lost to Ken Doane in a dark match on Monday Night Raw. Several days later, he faced Simon Dean at Smackdown! which aired on WWE Velocity later that week. [20]

On January 13, 2006, Coleman & Joey Silva teamed up with Jeff Hardy to defeat Tommy Gunn and LAW Tag Team Champions Brad Hunter & Sean Alexander. Later that month, Coleman faced Jamie Noble in a match which later aired on WWE Velocity on January 21. [21] He also beat Jesse Ortega at a show for CWF Mid Atlantic on March 11.

On June 15, 2007, Coleman lost to Aiden Chambers and Darriel Kelly in a three-way dance with Mike Yamaha at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center in Sanford, North Carolina. [22]
