Per WP:DENY. This was obviously a false flag operation by the Russian government to escalate the war further, as news sources are reporting on the validity of this incident. Denying recognition to the Kremlin for now seems like the better option.   • Keep: The site you used, WP:DENY is notorious for its false claims and sources, and that we still do not know what has happened. I suggest keeping the page up until further news is available to us.
