Doesn't meet the guidelines of WP:NOT. Wikipedia is not a guidebook, and this reads like a seminar on reducing stress. Other than that, I've found only trivial coverage of this topic after a bit of searching. Westroopnerd (talk) 03:15, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
