I think the concept is new, but I don't think the page represents research at all.

I am a researcher in decision making. The idea of using crowd sourcing is new. I can add another reference for a paper tat is about to be published in December 2012. Wikipedia should be the forum for new ideas. Otherwise it will be dated. Keeney RL (2012) Value-focused brainstorming.
