- Delete besides that this is not a dictionary, there is little on the topic that is not OR. It does not even belong to "Jewish cuisine" because it was more of a New York City phenomena. It really belong to "New York Cuisine" or as a section on an article on NYC smoked salmon--Jayrav 17:23, 20 September 2007 (UTC). Look at New York Cuisine, there is a section on Eastern European Jewish cuisine (of NY) that mentions the old time deli and bagel store.
