The subject of this article is a type of urban planning document that is only used in Alberta, Canada. A majority of the text is copy-pasted from an old version of the relevant legislation, which is also the only citation. Other planning documents in Alberta (area structure plans, outline plans, etc.) do not have their own articles. Madg2011 (talk) 19:25, 29 June 2017 (UTC)
- Delete: confusing as to what the article appears to be, on closer inspection it is a non-notable document. Copy-paste is never advisable on WP. DrStrauss talk 20:31, 29 June 2017 (UTC)

- Delete per nom. It's a non-notable type of statutory plan, and the least common of the four types of statutory plans in Alberta. Should there ever be the creation of a Planning in Alberta article, this would make a excellent section with an incoming redirect. Looking around, official community plan is likely also a candidate for deletion or redirect to comprehensive planning. Hwy43 (talk) 05:29, 2 July 2017 (UTC)
- Delete lots of cities have redevelopment plans. I don't see this is notable or encyclopediac. MB 04:46, 5 July 2017 (UTC)
