No refs on the page for many years. It seems he was part of the French military mission to Japan (1867–1868), which seems like an interesting historical incident. However I'm not seeing much that can be described as substantial RS about this person. fr.wiki has more information but is equally bereft of sources. JMWt (talk) 18:31, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
