- Delete. I worked on this article, like, so long ago... it is far from my areas of interest, but, well, it lacks sources and has never grown beyond a stub, an nobody ever worked on its issues, so I guess it hasn't got much future. Victão Lopes Fala! 15:39, 13 April 2015 (UTC)
