BS.Player

Non-notable media player. Still reads like advertising after being claimed as such in 2005. Wikipedia is not a software directory. The external links contain one major review, and several minor reviews (including blogs). Being reviewed does not establish notability, as every piece of software will eventually get reviewed. • Non-notable player? Not true. BS.Player is the first media player for PC platform[citation needed]. BS.Player have 60 milion users[citation needed]. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mat2000 (talk • contribs) 08:34, 25 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please back up these asserted facts with sources. Miami33139 (talk) 16:46, 25 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • This AfD nomination was incomplete (missing step 3). It is listed now. DumbBOT (talk) 18:55, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so consensus may be reached.

  • Delete. I see no notability, and considering that everybody I have known that has run Windows has been using Winamp since the days of Windoze 95, I'd be surprised if Mat2000 could substantiate the claims he makes in his commentary above. That said, I accordingly challenge Mat2000 to surprise me. --Dennis The Tiger (Rawr and stuff) 01:54, 3 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • It was VERY popular in Russia for video playback[citation needed]. Ehpc (talk) 07:22, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
    • Sounds easy to source then to show that supposed fact. Miami33139 (talk) 18:51, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete: lacked relevant news articles. Alexius08 (talk) 04:17, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
