I think this is a joke or something... I have had the request for verification tag up for a month and nothing has been forthcoming. I can't verify that this textbook exists [1], other attempts to figure out what it's talking about also aren't very helpful [2]. Doesn't seem to be verifiable at all. - Delete Unverifiable, and frankly most of the facts just don't ring true. After further research, I suspect this may be an attack (though admittedly somewhat cleverly disguised) on Bill Plaschke, as the same user also inserted a lot of criticism into Plaschke's article, which has since been removed.
