I declined a speedy on this since the claims about working with notable musicians and touring with them asserts *just* enough notability to where it wouldn't be a clean speedy. I couldn't find anything to really show any true notability to where he'd merit an article, so I'm nominating it here in case there are any sources I missed. • I've done a runthrough of the sources for the original editor, since they've been edited somewhat. I'd like to stress that notability is not inherited by working with notable persons. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 07:13, 4 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Rundown of sources
  1. [1] This is not only a blog source, but it's such WP:TRIVIAL coverage that even if it wasn't, it couldn't give notability.
  2. [2] This is a merchant source and as such cannot give notability. It's actually fairly inappropriate to use merchant links as sources in an article, as their sole purpose is to sell you something.
  3. [3] Same issue here.
  4. [4] This is a primary source, which cannot show notability. Having a contract with a company isn't automatically grounds for notability, as you have to release multiple albums with a major record label to pass WP:MUSBIO.
  5. [5] This is a merchant source, which cannot show notability. It does prove that he's collaborated with a notable person, but that in and of itself doesn't give notability. It might make it more likely the artist will receive coverage, but it's never a guarantee. Sometimes in rare circumstances you can have someone that has an extremely large amount of affiliates or collaborations that they'll have a page to list them all, but it's fairly rare since it has to pass WP:LIST. List of Wu-Tang Clan affiliates is one of those rare examples.
  6. [6] AllMusic database listing. It isn't a review, so at most it can be a trivial source.
  7. [7] Another iTunes merchant source.
  8. [8] This is a primary source, as it's by the person he collaborated with. See above for why this can't give notability.
  9. [9] Another merchant source.

  • Delete. I didn't find any significant coverage. There doesn't seem to be justification for an encyclopedia article at this time. --Michig (talk) 11:58, 28 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
