As pointed out at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Degen Kasper this article suffers from the same problems as that one - she won a teen pageant at the state level that is not really notable. Generally teen pageant winners do not get articles based only on that 1 event. Her further career does not suggest any reason for notability. Delete it.
