Delete or redirect: This article was authored by one SPA (after prior instances had been speedy-deleted) and subsequently extensively edited by another, in the period prior to the company's acquisition. The references, covering sales and investment announcements, fall under trivial coverage at WP:CORPDEPTH; I am not seeing evidence that this company attained notability in its lifespan.
