- Delete, looks like a hoax to me. Some of the text is copied from this book, but slightly modified to support the hoax. Pretty sure other bits have been similarly treated but can't identify the source. On the other hand, "sudden pain in the left arm pit during this movement" is likely out and out bullshit.
