Hadn't seen that the Earth Institute has a separate article. The text there about the Center for Climate Systems Research already seems proportionate, so I slightly prefer a redirect over a merge. Redirect. In it's current form, this article doesn't meet WP:ORGCRIT and I didn't find sufficient sources to suggest that it should. So redirect to The Earth Institute#Center for Climate Systems Research (CCSR), which can serve as its happy home until such time it gets self-sufficient WP:N.
