fails WP:ORG, in 25 years of existence, all it gets is a mere 4 gnews hits [1]. the first hit sounds indepth from the title but merely mentions someone donating their prize money to this organisation. LibStar (talk) 15:14, 28 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep This is a Thai organisation, and untangling what it does, who it is linked with, and where to find references takes a bit of doing. I recommend starting with their 2009 Annual Report to give leads. That got me to this BBC World Service report in which a reporter had interviewed people supported by CCD and mentions their work. There is an old (1999) piece in the Bankok Times. Their work is referred to on p13 of a UNESCO publication from 2006, and a WHO conference included a visit to a project of theirs. There are many refernces in blogs etc. Given that it is a Thai body and much coverage is probably not in English, it seems certain that there is enough to establish notability. One complication in searching is that although established by Christian Outreach for Relief & Development there is no current active link with them so far as I can tell, and they are supported by For Life Thailand in the UK and by groups in the USA and Australia. More recent mentions of the organisation are as CCD rather than the full name. The article needs work, but not deletion. --AJHingston (talk) 17:04, 28 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
