Hi, I've enhanced the article along the lines suggested above. Now it contains more information about the utility as well as having more pointers to relevant concepts/information. I believe at this point it does convey some useful information, but it's after all still about that particular utility, and how important the article (ie. is it important enough) is another matter of judgement.
