Based on the website not being updated since April 2009, the organization appears to be defunct. No independent, reliable sources cited in the article, and there is no evidence of any activities with lasting encyclopedicity. NorthBySouthBaranof (talk) 19:21, 4 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Someone might wish to (try to) contact the organization by using the information at http://cfsconline.org/contact.shtml.

The PayPal link for donations on the site brings up this message: "This recipient is currently unable to receive money." An e-mail I sent bounced. It is an ex-organization. NorthBySouthBaranof (talk) 18:19, 5 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete Regardless of whether or not it is defunct, it has no notability and never did have. I note that the SPA editor who created this article also created an article about Carl Schurtz, the executive director of this organization, and then vanished never to be heard from again. Sounds promotional to me. --MelanieN (talk) 23:28, 9 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
