While the format is pretty unencyclopedic, my main concern is that all of the content seems to have been copied word for word from various educational sources. I'm not entirely sure if the fact that they're universities makes this acceptable, but searches like http://www.google.com/search?q=%22The+term+sharing+electrons+indicates+that+the+valance+electrons+of+the+atoms%22 and http://www.google.com/search?q=%22To+determine+the+shape+of+a+molecule%2C+two+things+are+important%22 all brought up results.
