Crowdsource parking

This is nothing more than backdoor advertising for the apps and companies that are performing dubious activities. At best it's just a case of TOOSOON, but with a proliferation of "App X has been told to stop" articles, I'm not finding any sources that lend credence to this being an encyclopedia-worthy topic.
