There is no RS content about this organization on which to build a NPOV-compliant and encyclopedic article. If there is anything worth keeping, it can be merged with Quality of Life Program 2020 (Saudi Arabia) which is what this program is part of. Snooganssnoogans (talk) 13:05, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
