• Keep - brand dominates the Philippine market when it comes to soy sauce and cane vinegar, similar to say, Heinz ketchup in the US. It's also the brand most commonly found in Filipino or Asian specialty stores abroad. Particularly since both are commonly used in Filipino dishes. Note descriptors used in the following secondary sources, "popular", "market leader", "iconic", etc.; CNN particularly, says "Datu Puti is synonymous with vinegar in the Philippines": Inquirer, CNN, ABS-CBN News, Adobo Magazine, Inquirer, GMA News, Rappler, PhilStar, Interaksyon, Daily Tribune, Inquirer, Malaya, Epicurious, The Telegram, New Times, Interaksyon, Business Mirror, Selangor Times, LA Times, Metro.uk.-- OBSIDIAN†SOUL 21:58, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
