- Cut down and merge to List of minor Star Wars Imperial characters per WP:FICT, which I'll be happy to do myself if that's consensus. Way too much detail given that he's a fairly minor character, but he does have a short story written about him, and that's probably more than can be said about some of the other entries in that list.
