Delete - Multiple searches found absolutely nothing aside from results for other things with the name, it's possible sources are offline but I don't see any explanation to keep the article after no improvement since August 2010 and especially after there was a blanking/reverting and although the article had a source at one point with a little information, it has never significantly improved.
