Dvd player morpher

This article purports to be about a category or type of software called DVD Player Morpher, but this software does not seem to exist outside a single piece of non-notable software called AV DVD Player Morpher. I can't find any sources for this topic, but I don't feel comfortable PRODing it considering its age and maintenance tags - which seem to indicate there have been quite a few people who have declined to PROD it despite the issues.
