Article doesn't make a clear assertion of notability ("currently mostly used as a demo or in small scale projects"); no secondary sources in the article; no obvious secondary sources when I searched for them. On the other hand this is not a topic that I know much about; does the fact that it is an open source search engine written in Java and can perform both vector and Boolean search render it notable? - Delete. There's a fair number of hits in CS literature but they are just passing mentions, for example [1] [2] [3].
