Seems to be something someone on the internet made up one day, but it has no literature footprint at all. Book hits look better until one eliminates "Wikipedia". Most hits seem to be for the Dutch phrase "eigen poll" which, from my scanty knowledge of German, doesn't appear to me this particular idea. Mangoe (talk) 15:07, 29 January 2018 (UTC)

- Delete as a probable hoax. The supposed creator seems to be in the department of physics and astronomy at Aarhus university, but there's otherwise absolutely nothing here. –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 13:31, 30 January 2018 (UTC)
