There are no independent RS on the page. Although the article is widely reprinted and quoted, I'm not seeing much to offer to show that the notability standards have been met. Maybe I've missed something and others can show the level of RS that show this meets the notability standards for inclusion JMWt (talk) 12:58, 6 August 2025 (UTC)
