This has been moved all over the place. I don't believe draftification is appropriate. Not shown to pass any notability criteria. Fails WP:BIO. Sources appear to be PR/churnalism. • Salt: I am astounded to see that his is the fourth (or rather the third since number four coincided wuth this one) nomination.
