non-notable person. Only allegation of notability is reference to a self-published book. The book itself appears to be non-notable. Zero ghits for "Frederick Philip Kopp"; searches for "Frederick Kopp" appear to be for anyone but this person. A search for "Frederick P. Kopp" provides 7 hits, all for his law practice.
