This "article" is actually a list, and fundamentally lacks any inclusion criterion. We can't maintain a list of all failed terrorism plots as there are about 700 articles in Category:Failed terrorist attempts or its subcats, of which about a dozen are included in this list. An article (as opposed to a list) might be able to be written on the topic of things that cause terrorist attempts to fail, but, assuming it's not already covered elsewhere like Counterterrorism, that is best done from scratch. * Pppery * it has begun... 04:43, 26 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
