Non-notable band. Fails WP:MUSIC Pooet (talk) 01:55, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep Meets criteria 1, 6, 7, and 10 of WP:MUSIC. Has been written about numerous times in national music publications which meets #1. They were at the time of their existence considered the top of their local scene and the individual members have gone on to even more success separately and as parts of other ensembles which meets #6 & #7. And they have been the subject of national radio programs on the CBC which meets #10. -DJSasso (talk) 02:31, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment - As the article's creator you may be to close to the subject to be objective. Stating that it is notable and meets WP:MUSIC is not enough. Please provide verifiable references to reliable multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent from the musician or ensemble itself. Pooet (talk) 02:57, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Being the articles creator has no bearing on the matter. There are already some non-trivial sources on the page. I will add more. -DJSasso (talk) 03:02, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment: In response to your points:
- 'Has been written about numerous times in national music publications' - Apart from exclaim.ca, can you give us some articles that discuss Farm Fresh (i.e. rather than the musicians)
- Exclaim! is a national music publication; why on earth would it not meet the criterion as written? Bearcat (talk) 04:51, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- 'the individual members have gone on to even more success separately and as parts of other ensembles' - Actually, looking at the articles, Farm Fresh seems to be their best claim to notability
- mcenroe, not notable for anything else? Go ahead, pull the other one. Bearcat (talk) 04:51, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- 'And they have been the subject of national radio programs on the CBC which meets #10' - Do you mean the 'subject' of, or mentioned in a sentence on?
- Please address these concers. Moswento (talk) 07:28, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Sources, from more than one publication of repute, are already present in the article, so keep. Notability, when you get right down to it, isn't about anything more than the presence of valid sources. What exactly are you expecting, Wu Tang Clan levels of success from a Canadian hip hop band that was active in the 1990s? Srsly, do the clicky and learn something. - Calm down - note that I have not voted yet. Moswento (talk) 07:20, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
