Very weak keep It meets WP:BAND #6, with Masami Akita (aka Merzbow) and Zev Asher both notable figures; Yamazaki Maso (aka Masonna) also has an article but maybe isn't so well-known. No obvious evidence of coverage beyond mentions in articles on the members, though any reviews will be offline.
