The article appears to be OR, based on a concept created by the page's creator and primary author (Rsantiag. The article has only two sources, both self-published and created by Rodrigo Santiago. Searches did not find any additional references to this concept other than by Santiago. Absent additional sourcing, topic is not notable at this time.
