Article has been a stub for three-and-a-half years and has never asserted the importance of its subject. You'd think that if he was notable there'd be some expansion in that period of time. Google search in English is inconclusive and the first page of hits is largely Wikipedia mirrors. Search by Japanese name yields under 800 results. Andrew Levine 14:41, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
